The Evening
The sail runs as it always does — two hours out of Vice City Marina in Brickell, the gourmet cheese and charcuterie board on the table, Miami going past. Your sommelier pours and talks you through each glass, and keeps it a conversation rather than a lecture: expect to be asked what you are picking up, and nobody minds if you are wrong. What changes is the wine: this evening it comes from one estate, and the story behind each pour is a single place rather than four.

About Antigal
New World Winery of the Year — Wine Enthusiast, 2023
Antigal Winery & Estates sits in Mendoza, Argentina, in buildings that date back to 1897 — among the oldest still making wine in the country. Barrels rest in underground cellars, and tastings happen among the original fermentation vats. Their hand-labelled UNO bottles, with the pressed metal number on the front, are recognised well beyond Argentina.

Six Seats
Shared sails carry six guests, so this evening exists once and then it is gone. Book the seat, not the boat.
