WineVoyage terms and conditions

You must be at least 21 years of age to participate in Wine Voyage experiences. By booking, you confirm that all guests in your party meet this legal drinking age.

• Reservations must be made through our website.
• Private Charters: A 50% deposit is required at the time of booking to secure your date.
• Shared Experiences: Full payment is required at the time of booking.
• Confirmation will be emailed once the payment is successfully processed.

• Customer Cancellations: At Wine Voyage, we strive to provide a seamless and premium experience for all our guests. We understand that plans can change, and we have established the following policy to ensure fairness and availability: 14 Days or More Before Departure: Cancellations made at least 14 days prior to the sailing date are eligible for a 100% full refund, no questions asked. 14 to 7 Days Before Departure: Cancellations made within this window are eligible for a 50% refund. Less Than 7 Days Before Departure: Cancellations made within 7 days of the sailing date are non-refundable.
• Weather Policy & Company Cancellations: Your safety is our absolute priority. All weather-related decisions are made exclusively by our Captain. Miami frequently experiences brief, passing showers, and our voyages operate rain or shine. Reservations cannot be modified or canceled by guests based on personal weather forecasts. In the rare event that Wine Voyage must officially cancel a departure due to unsafe weather conditions or unforeseen circumstances, your reservation will be safely paused. You will be issued a full credit to seamlessly reschedule your sailing experience for any future date of your choosing, subject to availability.
• Shared Experiences: Minimum Occupancy All shared wine tasting experiences require a minimum of 3 participants to proceed. If the minimum occupancy is not met, Wine Voyage will notify you at least 48 hours prior to your scheduled departure. In this case, you will be offered the choice to seamlessly reschedule for a new available date or receive a 100% full refund.

Wine Voyage reserves the right to substitute the vessel and/or departure marina originally assigned to a reservation, at its sole discretion, for reasons including but not limited to mechanical or technical issues, scheduled or emergency maintenance, weather-related logistics, or other operational circumstances. In the event of such a substitution, Wine Voyage will make commercially reasonable efforts to provide a replacement vessel and/or departure location that preserves the same category, standards, and quality of the experience originally booked. A vessel or departure location substitution under this clause does not constitute a change to the reservation for purposes of the Cancellation and Refund Policy, and no refund or compensation will be owed solely on this basis, provided the overall experience category is maintained.

Guests must arrive on time. A 20-minute grace period will be honored after the scheduled start time. After 20 minutes, the vessel will depart, and no refunds will be issued for late arrivals or no-shows.

• Guests must behave responsibly and follow crew instructions at all times.
• We reserve the right to remove any participant acting inappropriately or in a way that endangers others.
• The Captain has full authority on board.
• Participation is at your own risk.

By participating in any Wine Voyage experience, you acknowledge and accept the inherent risks involved in sailing and wine tasting. You agree to the following:

All content on the website and materials related to Wine Voyage are the intellectual property of Wine Club Imports LLC. You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute without permission.

Wine Club Imports LLC is not responsible for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific service in question.

We may update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Updates will be posted on our website, and continued use constitutes acceptance.

By booking or providing your contact information, you consent to receive both transactional emails and promotional communications from Wine Voyage. You may unsubscribe from promotional emails at any time.

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the State of Florida without regard to its conflict of law principles.

By booking, accessing, or participating in any Wine Voyage experience, or by using our website, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions in full.
